Dim Sum time !!!

Had a wonderful dimsum time with YY & SH last week.

Yuen's Garden was the name of the restaurant, opposite Courts Puchong.

Overall, the food is decent and considered good among many, while fairly priced. Been there once in the weekend's morning and had to queue to be seated.

It is almost one year since the last time i ate in Veg Fish Farm.

Situated near Lookout Point, along the stretch jln ampang-hulu langat road, this thai restaurant in the jungle is a place to look for.

The food there is nicely cooked, one of the best to my liking actually.

This time round, only 3 of us dine there. So, any difference after a year ? Nope, not at all, the food and environment are still so pleasent.

Lets jump to the food;

The lime fried chicken is something you gotta try. It has the light fragrance of lime leave when you chew it and not too dry at all (some fry chicken are like eating wood). Worth trying !

Next is paku vege with shrimp paste. Nothing to shout about, nicely prepared. A little diferent than those you get in chinese restaurant as they use real shrimp paste with shrimp and not belacan with dried shrimp.

The BBQ Lamb is so well marinated and grilled. Seriously very nice !!! Must try !!! The fragarance of lamb and its herb, with the rich taste of its marinated meat, thinking of it makes me hungry again...

Our thai style lime talapia came a bit too late, last dish to arrive, not a good thing as we were already 80% filled up with other dishes... Well... The meat of the fish is a symbol of freshness !!! Tender, juicy, no mud-odour... nice. The style of cooking is also mouth watering. Spicy + sour + the frgrance from the lemon grass and etc...etc... wow... so nice. Haha...

Mango rice was normal.

Also, a plus point to note, the rice they serve is thai fragrance rice, so its tecture and taste is different than our normal rice. But, its nice and slightly sticky.

All in all. A fantastic dining spot !!! This lunch total cost came up to about RM100.00 only. While our drinks are fresh thai fragrance coconut at RM5 each (included in the RM100).

Not fresh crab. Can tell by the meat texture. Returned to kitchen.

Nestum prawns i think, too sweet.

Superior soup vege, taste like salt.

Steamed Siakap teochew style. Normal.

Fried seafood rice vecimili. Normal.

Fried rice. Normal.

Fried calamari rings. This is nice !

Salted egg crab. Didn't got the guts to eat this... not fresh seafood best to be avoided.

Ho-chiean. Not good. Too dry like biscuit... or rather a piece of DVD ??

Been a while since i have posted new entries... Here it goes...

So... A couple of weeks ago, a few of us went food hunting again. Upon research done, we drove more than an hour and ended up dining in a chinese restaurant beside a river in Sg.Besar, Kuala Selangor. Well... Basically there is two restaurant side by side but somehow don't know why, we picked this terrible one... Restaurant name i guess is best not to be disclosed here, you may guess all you want... ;p

Service i would say, it is decent like any chinese restaurant.

Food & Taste, some are okok only, while a few, terrible.

Price, decent. Not VERY cheap nor expensive.

Will i ever dine there again ? NO WAY !!!

This month, Proton have launched the ever popular rumours of the new Proton Walan (Waja + Lancer). Indeed, it have turned from rumours to a fact. at 10/11/2010, Proton launched it's new line-up, The Proton Inspira, not a macho name, but a decent car i can say...

3 varieties can be selected, 1.8(M), 1.8(CVT) & 2.0(CVT). Forget about the 1.8(CVT) which got no flappy pedal... So its either 1.8(M) to play with or 2.0(CVT) full spec to sleep in. Price also decently affordable at RM79k to RM92k. . . Well, if no import tax then it's expensive lar... But, well... For now, its decent.

Well, it looks 95% identical to the Mitsubishi Lancer, with a styled with the taste of Persona front bumper, and a rear bumper with a black board stuck beneath it. Other than that, spot the change in logos everywhere and also, a Proton plastic engine cover. Other than that, the engine (4B11), body and etc..etc... is exactly the same as Lancer. How much more decent can you demand now ??? It's basically a Lancer with a Proton logo.

Thumbs up to Proton (not being sacarstic) for doing such a bold move !!! Bravo !!! The collateral agreement of mitsu and proton doesn't mean that Proton have no ability to produce their own model, but in another sense, this is a great move for the company as cost of R&D is hugely lower and by obtaining a secure source of technology, its a reliable car. Some may talk negative about such a move by Proton, I may say, its a smart move. If you haven't notice, most huge automotive companies also does this... Look at the Opel Frontera and Nissan Terrano, Look at Ford Escape and Mazda Tribute, Look at Opel Zafira and Chevrolet Nabira... It's an example of synergy towards higher efficiency production.

Satay celup @ Capitol Restaurant. Insane need to queue to wait for table even in a school day which we went... The food there is decently fresh and boiled over unique satay gravy... Overall, its quite ok, but not to say very impressive in terms of food taste and dining experience... Just ok... Ohyea, they serve better special food like abalone, clamps and big prawns as you eat more... Haha... All at a standard price of RM0.80 per stick.

Chicken rice ball at the white kopitiam opposite Sam Sok Gong desert shop. Tradisional chicken rice ball in Malacca, what else can i say ??? Haha. . . ;p

Baba Cendol Durian @ forgot restaurant name, but in jonker's street... Well shaved and with thick tasteful aroma of ingredience mixture... Consist of Gula malacca, condense milk, etc...etc... Too little durian paste imo...

Satay babi @ dunno where... Friend brought me there, dunno where it is... Haha... but ok lar... quite normal nie... Except, its pork !!! ;p

Months ago...

Went to I-city, well, a very nice place to walk around and snap some photos... The view is spectactcular when u look at the right place, and of course, breathtaking to see so many structures flashing beautiful colourful lights together.... Sweet !!! ;p

However, besides the flea market at night and colourful lighted trees and structures, there seems to be nothing more than that. Although i have read a few articles of ews regarding this place, saying this and that concept with a bucket full of hope, i don't really get it. The shops there are still empty, most of it; the structures are starting to show signs of bad maintainence, lights missing or not functioning; the security guards are always at rage, yelling like a cave man and not approaching with manners (not all lar... But 1-2 is enough to spill the mood); and of course bad pathway... Well, looks like a waste of resource at the moment, hopefuly there will complete their "under-contruction" and be a fully optimised attraction/business hub !!!

Other than that, getting there is no pain in the head as the Federal highway will bring you straight to the spot, if you manage to catch the signboards. Parking i would say is reasonable at RM1-2 only, with no entry fees to the park. Always have abundent of time when you go there, you will spend more than your allocated time with the magnificient photo taking spots and a cup of drink at the restaurants nearby... Haha...

So, if you stay around the area (Shah Alam), no harm dropping by for a nice walk !!! ;p

So, i was in a retarded LRT moving at slow speeds and doors opening at stations for 2 minutes long and a journey from Kelana Jaya to KL Sentral took an hour. . . So, what do you do in a packed tin or Sardines ??? This. . .

If you are Short, you will see a lot of Chest and Back. . .
If you are of Average height, you will see a lot of Hair and Bad breath to be consumed. . .

If you are Tall, you will see beyond and front & back of the cabin clearly, like bus view on the motorway. . .

Saturday morning, it was raining heavily. . . But 5 of us being so determined, we left for Chilling around noon after Brunch.

Arrive there and started the hike at 1.50pm and off we go !!! ;p

The trek was ok, quite pleasent to walk and easy for a 5 year old as well... So, thats what you think... Until we reach the river crossing part... As a tip-off, dun be a smart-alec and try crossing rivers you thought you are suppose to cross, because, there are signboards everywhere when you are SUPPOSE to cross, so, just walk straight, and any junctions which seems misleading, the abang in the pondok says follow left... Lolz...

River was quite milky the day we went... Most shallow river we crossed was around thighs height for a typical M'sian adult not below 5'6". While deepest should be around my belly button if i remembered correctly... ;p

The Waterfall !!! ... ... ... Awesome strength of upper stream water flushing, gushing, shooting, flowing out from above drowning the stream below and wetting the rocks with flow, not forgetting the floating mist around, making the sight so memorable and the area so cool and damped. . . Nice !!! ;p

The hike back was rather smoother since we now knew the route most taken... Haha... Ohyea, i blasted my hiking shoe from this hike... So, yea, be prepared... And as of what i observed, most ppl wear crocs in there ??? Lolz... ;p

Anyways, nice place to chill and do make an effort to relax at Fraser's Hill (30minutes normal drive) before heading home... ;p

Lately, news have been on and on printing about problems when nature urge of a man goes over the boundary. . .
First was a person with the name of the chinese zodiac animal of this year, causing him to loss a fortune due to the negative impact... But the news later subsides...
Then, after that incedent, another famous personal in an island country got into many many many ultimate affairs and still counting , also causing a misery in his career. . .
Difference was, one was expelled by his partner while the other still have the full support !!!
However, more disturbingly in my thought, is that... ... ... Is it a damm hounourable pride to admit that you are in an affair with this so and so ??? Those people feel proud for the spotlight from such channel ??? Those people feels happy going around telling media and everyone else about involving in an affair ??? Hmm. . .

Haha... Suddenly got the urge to cook something, so instead of just talking bout it, i ended up cooking this Pumkin Rendang with onion dish !!! ;p
Half piece pumpkin, dice it, fry till a bit crisp at the outer layer, then fry the sliced onions, then cook with rendang paste !!! Easy like cooking maggi mee !!! But, if the paste is tasteless, adjust it by adding sambal or ketchup or soya sauce.
But i think i must have overcooked the pumpkins, so when cooking, it feels like cooking a stew rather than a pumpkin dish... Anyways, it tasted great and not too spicey at all ! ;p

Taman negara trip 2010

Rapid "Self" Shooting !

Yea... After Canopy Walk ! ;p

Yup... So went to Taman Negara... At Pahang izzit ? Lolz... Along trip are don, mingr,py,mun,angie and robyn...

Welll... The journey there was quite ok... ... ... Despite the difference in capacity of both cars and the stupid radiator problem... It was fine, no sesating at least for this trip !!! Haha... ;p

Accomodation was set in Kuala Tahan, walks away form the jetty to Taman Negara, "Kayu"land Resort is the place for our 3days and 2 nights. Hmm... Let me descripe... ... ... The resort is surrounded by rubber trees dried and bald... Looks exactly like the one in the Singapore movie "Where got Ghost" Haha... Our hostel have a very very beautiful fengshui + scenery... Imagine colourful sight of ppl's cloths and inner cloths if u get what i meant... And yea !!! Olympic sized swimming pool with algae in it ! good for skin man ! (i am being so sarcastic!) Lolz... ;p

Ok, enough with the accomodation... Food ! Well... Really nothing can be shouted about it... Lolz... Everyday also mamak & malay food, but the setting of the restaurant is wonderful... (Not being sarcastic !) Imagine eating on top of a river on a floating restaurant... Syiok !!! ;p

So, on day 2, we went jungle trekking into Taman negara heading for the Canopy walk... Then after enjoying the walk and beautiful scenery (now i know Bamboo is a type of Grass !) Later then... Rapid shooting was arranged... Very fun ride indeed travelling along the river... but not as exciting and wet as expected... (unlike the white water rafting one... ;p)...

The journey back was AWESOME !!! We took the right turn into the trunk road instead of left to Karak highway, thanks to Don's GGS... But seriously... the trunk road with "S" and sharp turns, was so much fun to drive along you just start cursing your auto transmission !!! Haha... ;p

Overall, it was an amazing trip to be remembered ! ;p

Oh, not to forget the "Submarine" we saw at the river when enjoing our view after breakfast too ! Lolz... ;p

So, after Look out point, went to makan directly at this never-went-before restaurant. All i can say is that the journey to get into the restaurant is rather interesting ! ;p

Upon reaching, its like a heaven and hell... The road is hell, The environment is heaven !!! Not to forget the RM2 passing private land fee (which this is the first time i encountered...) Lolz... ;p

The Restaurant basicly seems to be sitting on top of the source of fishes, the lake ! and you, customers, are eating on top of your sources of food ! Hehe... ;p

But not a bad experience wert... ;p

Alright, first up was Kerabu mango, first bite is ok... so does 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc...etc... but after you are full and filled up, finishing it up is not so nice, when its not fresh from kitchen anymore. The sour and fragrance and crunchy texture is sure an appetite opener !!! ;p

Petai sotong sambal it rather normal... Nothing to shout about... Except, the mixture and taste of the sambal is kinda different than those chinese hawker's... But its nice ! ;p

Tomyum seafood is served in a steel wok... But the taste of it is rather not up to expectation, a bit tasteless i can say... But the seafood is fresh. ;p

Special Fried chicken is fried till crispy... Very crispy... The taste is ok, different from KFC i can guarantee, but for my tastebuds, i like this more than KFC ! If it was fried chicken fillet... It will be much much more delightful !!! Hehe... ;p

Paku vege with belacan... Nothing to shout about... ;p

Here comes the Kaboom ! Thai Steam Fish (Tilapia) ! The fish is served last... Best for last/last for best ??? Watever ! But, Let me tell you... The fish is so fresh, the meat is like tender and juicy and tencer and tender and juicy and not anybit powderish. The soup of the fish is even better... One zip of it(Sour+spicy+fragrance = Tangles your tastebuds like no tomorrow !), you wouldn't stop eating the fish !!! Nice !!! Must try !!! ;p

Fragrance coconut... Nice fragrance but a bit on the hard side in terms of the texture ! ;p

Overall, the meal was delightful !! Not forgetting the fishes which greets you when you "Opps !" dropped a piece of vege or any food ! Hehe... ;p

Ohh... In terms of price, don't worry, our meal turn out to be like most of the similar chinese restaurant's meal budget in the city ! Not town ah... City !! Lolz... ;p

Yea... Went to Restaurant Choong Fong in Kampung subang, address on the tissue pack above, ownself go see, for dinner... Along with 3 of my other friends... ;p

So, before the journey, have called up my other friend for the directions to the restaurant, since i have spent many hours on google maps and satelite but to no avail as maybe its too "ulu" and no one tagged it... Hehe... ;p

Directions... From Subang Skypark, keep left(dun go up the ramp), go along the curvy roads, turn left at the first traffic light and go all along the road again, then enter the big road (Kg.Subang Big Street) and go all the way until the joint of big road to small road, just go straight until you saw a T-junction, turn right and drive about 2 minutes or so, pay attention to your left side, and you shall find it ! ;p

Ok, upon reaching the restaurant, we were told that our prepared dinner is for 10ppl (paid) instead of us 4ppl. . . Ouch ! I have told that only 5ppl attending, one drop out due to an unforsee circumstances. So ended up tapao half and eat half... Except for the Sharkfin which we downed all ! Hehe...;p

5 season was first, followed by the Sharkfin, then Sweet & sour fish, then Onion Chicken, Followed by Butter prawn which after that we called for a stop and tapao the rest of the 9-dish menu food... Bloody full was the expression of us all at that moment... Lolz... ;p

The food there was pretty nice where the Sharkfin was just nice, not too salty nor tasteless; Chicken was nice, although it looked oily but it isn't; Fish was okok only, nothing to shout about same goes to the prawns. Overall, it was just nice. ;p

Went back to temple to collect car after that and went home straight ! ;p

Well... Many times whether or not have you realised, originality seems to have been flushed down the toilet bowl. . .
.
Have been out with a friend, and realised this (not the first time, but writing it out this time ! Lolz...), he speaks in a forced accent of Malay when he is with his Malay friends; Speaks with a forced accent of Indian when speaking with an Indian friend, Chinese with chinese, and best of all, a "Perfecto" English accent "better & stronger" than the British when speaking with an Ang-mo in Angmokio !
.
Perhaps, it shall be better if one can speak originally in his or her own style as long as it is greatly hearable and understandable. I see no purpose to force out a not so comfortable speaking accent when you don't have one !
.

So... Yea... I just came back from Genting Highlands a couple of days ago... As usual, Themepark would be one of the destination... Well, i would like to bring up my rather very not pleasent experience there during my first ride...
So, after a 30minutes que... Finally managed to get on to the ride (Spinner)...(its a thing where the chair you are sitting on spins in the air in case Genting was never in your lifetime.)... There was this bunch of young fellas, in their 20's i guess, most probaly from very rural kampong or some place where education have been absent but they still can speak mandrian i assume... So, they sat in a group a couple of chairs in front of me and started to get wild... Imagine this, you are about to be on a ride with certain risk, and you still can fool around... the guy with no brains in a purple scarf clips his another no brainer in a purple sweater (purple clip purple... thats why can remember so well... Lolz... )... First warning been issued by operator. . . So he stopped, but then... After the ride have started and rised to mid-air... The action continues... Like LOTR part one cont. to Part 2... Lolz... He tries to grab his friend's chain this time... and due to that, the whole ride has been stopped !!! 30minutes que for nothing... Brainless ppl !!! They should have been banned from the themepark itself straight away !!! Come on... even a 5 year old would have been acting better !!! Be considerate for other's safety !!!

Another encounter was back in Sunway... Near the mamak beside Flaming Restaurant... I parked my car parallel with little space just enough for me to get out after dinner... But soon, i realised my judgement of space was too poor, i did not include the space needed caused by another bunch of inconsiderate poo. . . Those fools parked their bloody kapchai(cheapo motorcycle below 200cc), one in front of my car, one at the back of my car... Leaving me 2-3inch in front and about half a feet behind... I wonder... Are their brains situated at their bottoms ??? Rubbish ppl !!! Have to keep changing gears to rev n forward many times to get out of it without getting my newly repainted bumper scratched (why everytime i repaint, something unpleasent happens??? Lolz...) Manage to get out causing a jam behind(ppl from pyramid going out)... Hope those two motorcycles was moved by their foolish owners after hearing my revving engine due to my frustrated legs... Or else, most likely they are knocked down by another larger vehicle behind me which waited for the parking... Be considerate lar smart donkeys !!! Don't simply park your motorcycles everywhere until obstruct the movement of larger vehicles... Seriously i dunno where's your logic, but pls lar be more considerate... Take other motorcyclist as a model or idol or watever and act logically !!! Think !!!

Lastly, upon reading the many accident cases lately on the papers, especially the one related to the double decker luxury red colour bus which caused 10 lifes in a smash... Pls, be more considerate... so many lifes are in your hands... If you are tired, stop the vehicle, grap a cup of beverage at the rest station (perhentian), wash your face, go pee... and strech yourself... With that, i believe those 10 lifes would not be wasted... Be considerate, Think of others as well !!!

After Skytrex, we went to Restaurant Coconut Flower in Telok Gong, Klang for dinner... Ordered, Lala Meehun with premature lala's (PS: these are real clamp type Lala, not those u found on the streets in KL...), India Mee from malaysia, Udon mee not from Japan, Shiong tong Lala with sand (means fresh ??? ), Fried Sotong which kena sapu by YY, Tit Pan Taufu with taufu. All these with leftovers coz too full, costed less than RM70... Cheap rite... for 5ppl... ;p

During makan... ... ...

A Tempered glass (lucky its tempered) fridge door fell with a BANG !!! Between SH and i, a few cm... not inches to SH's bodee and a few inches from mine... Will sue restaurant if kena... But thank Buddha and our Karma, it didn't kena anyone...

Our friend, YY, kept smelling spoons and being very proud of her smelling techniques, she starts smelling everything...

Another friend, MLynn, does a manuevour to be recorded into the Watever books of records... A shared coconut (yes, we very kiamsiap wan, 5 ppl share one coconut...) She took her spoon, scooped a little coconut juice, took a slurp, suck the spoon, and with 4pair of eyes popped out and watching, the spoon goes back into the coconut for the flesh... Wow... Lolz... ;p

On the countuarary(watever the spelling is...), HT kept stopping us from taking food when it arives just to snap pictures... Lolz... ;p

The Story begins...

On the way back, our GPS is Ms.YY, we decided to skip a RM2.20 toll and use the bloody Kg.Jawa, Jln Kebun by-pass to go back...

So, thanks to MBSA where the quality of road services is so darn fantastic i will have to put not two but three thumbs out but i only have two thumbs, my car's front left tyre suffered...

The road is darn dark... Proton's lightbeam is damm "Bright", the road is so "smooth", the holes are so "not deep", and on one turning, no time to avoid it effectively, DANG !! my cars tyre bing bang through that hole... Pretty deep hole, if it was done by a motorcycle, the motorcyclist might say bye bye to his motor and hi hi to the ICU...

First sign, Allingment was gone.

Second sign, Car slunting to one side.

Third sign, Whoobbling steering.

Forth sign, You dungu enough to need a 4th sign ???

Fifth step, Enter a Gated and Guarded housing area where your friend stays and start changing tyres with the eyes of all your friends and their parents... Lolz... ;p

Luckily my spare tyre was in an okok state.

Luckily I have a hydralic jack which made an hour job a 10minutes tyre changing competition speed.

Luckily, thanks to the super tyre changing competition speed, managed to change and drive off before the super heavy downpour... Imagine if it rains... Our friend, YY would be busy enough to remove all the cars... CARS... not CAR, from her porch to allow me to change tyre... Lolz... ;p

The damage... RM300++ for the change of a new tyre(tyre's sidewall burst), alingment of four wheel and chamber adjustments for 3 wheels...

Thats all i guess, what a unlucky lucky lucky unlucky lucky day... ;p

29112009-Skytrex Tmn Pertanian.

Ok, cut things short...

Went Cerakah for Skytrex thingy and Jungle Trekking supposing ly, but due to time factor, we cancelled jungle trek and only went for Skytrex thanks to the maintainence of 4 season house since 15 november 2009 which have not yet re-open... Wth... -_-". . .

So, we pandai pandai go ask for the greatest challenge and here we are, ending up for the EXTREME challenge there...

Highest point from ground is 72feet... on a tree... no cement, no concrete, no metal bars, no whatsoever structure... just a platform screwed in to the tree's trunk.

Here we are ended outself on a destiny we do not know...

So, after the interesting breifng by one of the guide, Mr.Gun, we started off with a climb to the first flying fox point... Not forgetting to mention, the whole adventure is self-based, means you are given the tools, and you have to lock/unlock the pulley and carabinner yourself while some guides will watch you here and there, so, you life is depending on you and the tools they provide, even in the mid-air of 72 feet. . .

Fuh... The stairs looks easy to climb, but thats not the real story... I got real tired (can feel the strain in my forearms...) when i was like 80% of the first stairs which is not higher than 50 feet... Then, the first fly was terrifying... Imagine u sitting on the platform and sliding urself off the platform, where the point of height is 50 feet... (why did i end myself in such thing ???) Lolz... ;p

Then, another climb awaits us... to the highest point of 72feet i guess... This took me quite long... Thanks to the badminton the day before, my arms sore pretty fast... Hugging the plastic tube + metal wire built stairs was an amazing experience with HT opposite taking pictures... ;p

Ok, so we flew 5 times before coming to obstacle like monkey bars, tube balancing, rope balancing and so on, which uses UPPER BODY STRENGTH each and every obstacle... Oh, i caused a traffic jam for SH during the Tube balancing task... and slipped twice(lucky i grab the rope tight enough to balance back...)...

Standing on top of the tree with rain pouring on you was something new to me as well... Hehe... imagine that...

Each platform only allows the weight of 3 ppl... At one point of time, other participants kept flying to the platform and guides climbing up to it, resulting in a full 5-6ppl on a platform, thats scary, SH and I quickly stick ourself to the tree ... Lolz... ;p

After finish, we took the shuttle bus all the way to the bus stop to head home...

There you go... a short story made shorter... ;p

In conclusion (sounds so essay-ish...), it was a great experience although RM40 and wet and tiring body is the price to pay... Pretty syiok throughout it all ! ;p

Preparation...

So, what i did for preparation training was some sets of sit ups which fails to downtune my "united nation" and a 1.xxKM jog 3days before the run to try out my new Reebok... ;p

Seriously thats all... Coz lately kept raining and before that was busy with my finals... So, thats the training... For a bloody 21km run... I am nuts... Haha... ;p

The journey to The Land of Pinangs...

Woke up at about 6 in the morning and waited RB to pick me... then off we go, heading to the land of Pinang's with an empthy stomach ! ;p

So... The journey was quite long and refreshing as morning view and occasionally breeze is amazing !!! ;p

Reach there bout 3-4hours liddat, din use stopwatch to time our journey as apperantly, there is no need to do so... Lolz... ;p

In The Land of Pinangs. . .

Took us about 20minutes to locate Lorong selamat and took breakfast there...

Chay Kuey Tiao with XXXL Prawn, Barli bing, ABC, Luo-bak(not raddish pls...), Penang non-authentic Assam Laksa(its a healthy laksa i guess, coz its tasteless... -_-"...) Thats all. ;p

Then... a visit to the local Scout's House and Kek lok si. . . Nothing much then...

Oh... Thanks to RB's Cousin for providing accomodation and dinner for us... Very warm welcome indeed... ;p

Slept at 8.45pm to prepare physical energy before run... ;p

Oh my. . .

I dreamt... Both of us have overslept and we came to Penang for nothing... Out of a sudden...

*eyes opened*... Saw my watch... GILER !!! Its 3am aldy(overslept kao kao... The run starts at 3.30am, and registration time ends at 3.15am...The accomodation is 1km away... Do the maths urself...) ... Woke RB (still sleeping soundly...) Put on runing vest and shoes... Dashes off ! ... ... ...

Luckily when we reach (after a premature competition of 1km to beat the clock...) The organizor says no need register cause timing is by championchip... What a relieve... ;p

Going The Distance. . .

Runing 21km is not like runing the typical 3km,5km,7km,10km,11km... Where you can simply just run... Why ? Coz the distance is double and ur stamina counts !!! ;p

So... "Bang !" the gun sounds... We started from behind, and started slow jogging upon the chip timing starts...

So... 5mins after we started, we saw a group of man... standing in line against the wall of a gated & guarded housing area... Guess what they doing ??? (Shh... All in line... Pee-ing. . . -_-"... What a sight... )

Ok, forget that sight, the night view of Penang Bridge is AWESOME !!! If u like to run and never ran on Penang Bridge before... Prepare urself and sign up next year ! Once... At least once in your misarable lifetime u gotta experience this !!! If u never ran in any competition... No worries, U run 3km everyday, while i munch on my potatoe chips, guarantee u can run at the same pace as i do next PBIM... ;p

Run run run, Saw so many Scouts helping in directing and distributing not only banana's, but water and 100pluses as well... Tepuk Pengakap ! ;p

Run run run, Water station... Run run run, Sponge station... Run run run, Banana station... Run run run, Banana skin everywhere... must be careful... Runrunrun, saw a guy Pee-ing down to the sea (Why so many of these sight de??? Tell me why ??? Ishh...) ... Run and run and run and run...

Fuh, after about 10km or so... everything that drags me down starts poping out... My knees starts aching, feets starts burning, etc...etc... But what can i do besides running at that point, middle of the bridge ???

Determination...

Really, determination is all u need to complete the run...

If you are determined enough to continue, your body will continue...

At the 15km point, my legs starts to cramp whenever i start to dash... Every dash of a few hundred metres requires a few minutes of rest, else i will end up with St.John's rubbing my muscle... But, determined enough, i finished the race at a not so proud but proud enough to finish and get a medal time of 2 hours 51 minutes... ;p

My first 21km run, done in 2hours51minutes... ;p

Reward of completing... Besides the medal, the experience is PRICELESS !!! ;p

After the distance...

Well, as usual, I do not like to depent on medications as i believe my body will heal normally after runs... so i did not go to the medic station to spray a dose of Hot Spray... However... Lolz... the muscle still pulls after 30minutes or so... So with RB's advice, i went to the Salonpas sponsor booth to get a spray... That also took like 10minutes to take effect... ;p

Dimsum breakfast was after that... ;p

Wonderful filling breakfast before heading back to KL... ;p

Back to Busyland...

Satisfied with the run, we drove back taking turns... ;p

Today

Bought a new pair of running shoes preparing for the upcoming Penang Bridge International Marathon 2009. Hehe... ;p

Replacing my old running shoe, a Power branded Red running shoes is this yellow striped Reebok dunno what name... Lolz... ;p

Hopefully it lasts and performs for my 21km !!! ;p

Changed my rubbery, slippery, soapy, dunno what to say lousy brakepads which is less than one year old to a new, higher performance, recommended Ferodo Zero brake pads...

All happens when i was servicing my car and fixing the Chocking "Sensation" of my car (Found out its spark plugs problem, not Throttle Body) in a workshop, then found brakepads are quite worn out (izzit my driving ???) and that the previous pad was not a good enough one for me (How he knew my style ???) Lolz... so recommended Bendix Metal King and Ferodo Zero for me, choosing between both with difference of 20 odd bux... I choosed the better Ferodo ! So far as i can say, till today (3weeks liao) it still performs so much better than the old one, the initial feel of pads rubbing with the disc can be felt and sudden braking results in sudden stop, rather than soapy feeling... Lolz... ;p

The only downside so far is the brake dust !!! Above is when my rims are washed, below is after just a few hundred kilometres... Giler... the other side which i din take the picture was blacker !!! Haha... Black dust ! But, no worries, as it says on the box... It's Asbestos free !! Earth friendly and user friendly pads i can say... Up to date ! ;p

Haha... I am 21 liao... Saddeningly, on my bday itself, i was having finals, so the day before... or rather 70% of my day was exam preparation, exam stress and exam implementation... Lolz... Until 6.30pm... One bunch if monkeys kidnapped me from home and brought me to ... (Some say... Puchong... ) But its USJ3A lar... Lolz... and made me a walking snowman ! Lolz... Very creative indeed... Then dinner at Yuen's after that... Oh the chicken frenzy thing in Yuen's... Maybe i shall upload it another time, but not during this dinner one lar... Haha... ;p

As you can see above... I accidentaly Reversed into a hole in a BHP Petrol Station beside SJBA...

Lolz... I was searching for a parking spot, so as the other roads are blocked, i entered this hut thing to get to the other side, dunno which bloody fella parked at the exit, irresponsibly blocked the pathway... So have to reverse out lor... Engaged "R"... Depending on my strained neck to turn and look... My car goes... Vroom... BANG !!! Deng !!! My car got stuck... Lolz... And thats what u can see above lor... Haha... ;p

Luckily, my skirting and bumper did not crack, else... have to change and that will cost a bomb ! Ishh... When i went down and check, the drain cover is lost and the other cover around it are heavily rusted and bended... Very irresponsibly Petrol station i can say... Why didn't they close the washing garage if not using ? Why no signage of the hole ? What if someone pokkai due to the hole ? This is pure undeniable negligence by the operator !

So after that, i just leave my car there for another hour or two, as i was late for a meeting, upon finished, my teacher manage to find a few strong man to lift the car for me to push it out... Hehe... Sadhu to you all... ;p

No injuries was found on my skirtings... Fuhh... ;p

Moral of this incident... Someone pls invent a hole detector ! Lolz... ;p

Just remembered about the launching of "1 Malaysia" stamps before my test... Haha.. Right after test straight away went to the Post Office to get this first day cover and booked a set of the booklet, which have been sold out 9am this morning but another batch of stocks are coming in... ;p

Shockingly, i think the stamp with the big "1" costs RM5, a bit on the pricey side, so the whole set of first day cover totalled up to RM6.20. Wow... ;p

Have you been driving ?
If so, have you ever came across situations such as ;

Heavy vehicles speeding on the right lane, flashing you in the middle lane, cutting lanes w/o indicators and almost hit you although you have blasted your loud horn which seems so helpless against them ?

Motorcyclist which weave left right up down then upside down on the road, and sometimes comes near you and show his longest(not very long also...) finger to you just because he cant cut your lane w/o indicators ?

Motorist which turns/cuts/weave/potong/watsoever without indicators, hogging the road at speed of 20kph on the highway/mainroad then you found out that its due to his/her calling/eating/smokin/sms-ing "stunt" which cuts down his/her driving speed from a man to a tortoise, invincible braking system (no brake lights) which gives you a potential heart attack, turning on hazard lights during the rain and still moving, flashing you from behind although you are doing the maximum legal speed, double parking in front of the shops or worst... double parking on the main road causing a 3 lane becoming a half-lane MAIN road, reversing with no skills and bang into you due to the fact that you are so kind-hearted to stop and wait (will explain this story later... ;p), etc... etc...

And other barbaric situations... ... ...

So, instead of being a complainer/whiner/bising-er, why not start from yourself ? You are a part of the comunity ! You are a part of the driving comunity ! Many you's and I's constructs this comunity ! Take a role, do the right thing, pledge to be a good driver on the road, in the parking lot and whenever, wherever and in whatever situation ! One month ago, MJ, The one and only King of Pop passed away.

Now, another iconic individual from the entertainment industry, of Malaysia have followed MJ’s path. Yasmin Ahmad, the famous and well-talented director producing several award winning movies which brought fame and pride to our nation, have passed away.

I remembered, it was few years back around 2004 or 2005 if I have not mistaken… That was the first time I’ve heard of Yasmin Ahmad, thanks to her movie “Sepet”. I remembered very well as it was quite a popular movie back then with multiple award won. More on that, one of my friends which we refer to back then as similar to the main actor (plot, not face) in the movie “Sepet”, but he denied strongly when he heard of the tragic ending of the main actor in “Sepet”. Haha. . .

After “Sepet” it was “Gubra”, “Muksin” and lately “Talent time” which made a big hit on the silver screen. All so locally embodied, which you can feel at home and around you upon watching. That’s one of the specialty of her movies, you can feel home in it.

To our great Director/Producer/etc… Gone too sudden. . .

That day, it was 26/06/09, 11am.
I just woke up and 2 messages was pending to be read, both contains the same from different friends of mine. Both reads the same. . . Michael Jackson passed away this morning. . . One in Mandarin and the another in English.

I was shocked upon the content, so unbelievable, as if it’s a prank ! Later did I found out thru radio which played his songs non-stop, MJ died 5am in the morning. Confirmed, its not a prank, not a joke, no bullshit, MJ passed away !

From skin bleaching to facial “melting”; from single to married and married again; from court cases to court cases; from black to white; from Michael Jackson to MJ to Wacko Jacko. . . Rumours and rumours and rumours kept rolling like limp bizkit’s song ‘keep rolling’… … … Some are factual, some are in fact a set up now ! Aside of these insignificant insane rumours ;

Ipoh trip !!!

Trip journey ;

Subang - Gopeng - Ipoh - Fairpark - Ipoh - Gopeng - Kampar - Kalumpang - Tg.Malim - Subang.

It all started on a Tuesday morning, headed to gua tempurung for a cave adventure (pakage 4 fyi...) RM22 well spent with a guide bringing us thru all the tracks and various challenging parts ! Nice one ! Turn off the flashlights, it is really "put hand cannot see 5 fingers" as discribed in a chinese verb. Really, close eyes and open eyes no difference. However, maybe its the weather or something, its quite not cold in the cave... Sweating. . . So, from the normal stairways to the sandy ways to the water ways; from walking, to hunching, to crawling; from ground, to slide, to hole, to tunnel style. Its all a nice and fun challenge !!! ;p

Btw, please bring a zipper bag or something to store ur electronics if it isn't water proof ! ;p

Next was lunch and dinner in ipoh, nothing to shout about except, WTH... Lou Wong Restaurant did not open, so ended up settling with the other restaurant for chicken tauge rice.

Wednesday's activity was not pre-planned, but upon agreement from all of us(plus ATM withdrawing session), it was on (RM150... fly...flyy... swimmm...). The rafting was rather interesting and exciting !!! Never tried in your whole bloody lifetime ??? Go for it !

At the start, we use the toilet first. . . Lolz. . . (you wun wan yellow water in your raft dun you ???)... Then put up our Army like gears, and off we go, after a safety briefing from the guides. slow at the start, but when it reached the rapid stream, it was fun, not too scary as seen in documentaries as this Gopeng wan was rather the lower level wans, lower level means less dangerous also means not so challenging... Lolz. . . But overall its a fun experience !!! Again, RM150, quite, a bit, well spent ! Ohya, i forgot, got 1 cert also for each of us, but forget it... looks more like a flyer !!! ;p

After that was nothing much, stopped at Kampar for lunch and to shop in the CB confectionary for local foodstuffs, which in it having a rather less business minded lady which does not buy our idea of having combined receipt to claim a freebie... So lousy !!! But the products are decently nice and accpetable. Kalumpang stop was rather a visit to our friend's relative and free fruits !!! Hehe...

Dinner at Tg.Malim, the manufacturing plant of our proud national car maker... PROTON !!! Oh, btw, i heard proton might rebadge current lancer as waja... Hopefully its true !!! ;p ;p ;p

Reached subang around 11pm, pumped fuel and thats all. ;p

Total cost for trip have not exceeded RM250, excluding souvenirs. ;p

Went to Camerons for holiday... Rather a relaxing one since there is nothing much in camerons besides the local markets and steamboat restaurants all over the place. Not to forget the cool weather which is nice ! ;p

So yea, after so long of not fishing...

Went fishing with ML n Mun at Laguna Paypond, Kelana Jaya... Well, nothing to shout about that pond besides the fact that the fish really bites !!! Non-stop biting action since we started fishing (took almost an hour to get everyone prepared... -_-". . . ). Around us we saw about 2-3 Rohu's weighting around 1-2kg liddat, caught up... while us, not bad also... Caught around 10fishes kua... Mun got 5-6 baby and 1 semi-baby tilapia(palm size)... Me, i got 3 baby tilapia... Lolz. . .

Well, compare to other places like Subang Paypond and cerakah's this is much better, at least can feel some bites and fish something up rather than waiting for nothing... Lolz. . . A good place to practise fishing without getting so dissapinted over not getting fish also... Haha... ;p

Price wise, consider just RM10 per rod for 12hours (3pm-3am), its reasonable (coz not all type fish can bring home). Got restaurant to order food n drinks somemore... ;p

The Malaysian GP (F1) for 2009 a.k.a. World wettest race have spun off at 5pm rather than the usual 3pm starting time due to the request to satisfy the viewers fom the other side of the globe, according to msn.com, and the price paid ??? Priceless !!! ;p

So yea, i got a message by a friend of mine, JY, on April fool's day, what a perfect day to send an invitation, saying that a few tickets are in his hands for the world "hottest" race in SIC(Sepang International Circuit)... So, as i have some ritual event to attend, i have rejected it in a moment. Thankfully it's not an April Fool's prank as i assume a little ! Lolz. . .

All the while i thought the race would start off early as usual until Mun smsed me that its a 5pm race this year, and for no reason he said everyone is waiting for me... -_-"... So, i go lor... Lolz. . . ;p

Well, everything was like normal, we separated into two vehicles to get there, one by JY's dad (Thanks Uncle), and another was his neighbour... I did not drive (thankfully !!! Seriously !!!)... Upon reaching the toll of sepang towards SIC/LCCT/KLIA, everyone in the car starts to feel a thrill going down our bodies as the crowd of vehicles was seen a kilometers or 2 before the intersection towards SIC... So, long story cut short, we stucked there in the marvellous jam fo about 1.5hours until we saw an intersection where we are "suppose" to enter to purchase parking tickets...

Bloody hell, waited for 45minutes or so, lining up to buy parking stickers worth RM50... Then, out of the sudden, a lady from the counter came out and announce that a portion of ticket holders are supose to get their parking stickers at the spot, and not here... In a moment or so, everyone stunned ! Then voices of the CUSTOMERS starts to rowl !!! Cursings flying here and there and so on... I utterly doubt the efficientcy of the management in handling this matter... How can this, an international event, be handled in such a Terrible manner ??? Made CUSTOMERS waited for so long and at the end found out that they are not suppose to queue there ??? Plus, the signs and all are Soooooo confusing leading ppl to the wrong place... * ... * ! Seriously, something have to be done on these matters !!!

Alright, then bla bla bla... we head to SIC again stucked in a massive jam... I think our new PM Najib's car pass by us... Lolz... Cut the jam short... We reached SIC carpark at 5.15pm liddat, and our stand is like G ??? Opposite our parking spot... Lolz... So have to wait for Shuttlebus to send us there lor...

We reach and entered finnaly, when the drizzling starts... Alright, it rained cat and dogs after a moment, and after a few laps, in front of us, i think its Redbull's F1, lost control and skidded/spun to the sandpit... In front of our bare eyes !!! Watching F1 in a wet situation is memang Priceless !!! ;p

But unfortunately, we are in just for a short moment then the red flag was flagged and the race was called off ! 1st place is Buttons btw... ;p

Some classic quote i read that day on the net... "It was tough keeping on the circuit. It wasn't like a river out there, it was more like a lake ! " by Buttons (Taken from msn.com.my) !!! Haha... Agreed !!! ;p

Comments : Well, compared to the previous 3 chapters this one lacks cars...cars...cars... here and there are just that few type of cars... I remember last time, during the fast & furious and 2 fast 2 furious, there are more cars around... ; ... However, the storyline is not bad this time ! Perhaps they have shifted their focus more on storyline than cars like how Jackie Chan drops his kung-fu in Shinjuku's incident ? Or plainly just to cut cost ??? Lolz. . . Overall, it is still a recommended movie ! Worth every cents of my RM6 to watch in the well equipted THX theater in Summit USJ... For those car fans or not so car fans or car noobs... go watch it !!! It's Fun, Fast and Thrilling ! ;p

Hitched a Proton Tiara !!!

Ermm. . . This is after barely a 20minutes run less than 50km/h. . .

The owner of the car here, sitting lifelessly in the backseat. . .

So, here it goes.... A day with Proton Tiara... Maybe just an hour, the rest was because of the checking by the workshop. . . ;p

Intro a bit first lar har... Proton Tiara, a local made vehicle based on the French Citreon AX. Sold nationwide by Proton itself from 1996 to 2000. Powered by a 1.1litre Citreon engine with a not so whopping 60horses to play with. If i have not remembered wrongly, the Tiara was launched with a price tag near a 1.3litre Proton Wira, which is around RM3xk. And now, after 10+years, it worth nothing but a thousand or so, market value is only RM3k and this price have been there for many years... Very useful perhaps if you want to go for the Proton eXchange program thing. . .

Amazingly, Mun's Tiara is quite clean and well taken care of, in terms of cleanliness and cleanliness only, the car looks spanking new in the inside, i am serious... With an amazing milege of only 25k km after so many donkey years... Wow... Haha... So, after admiring the clean interior and where the horn is situated, and where the boot opener is situated, off we go... For a joy ride ! Actually it's Mun's first joyride with a "P" as well... ... ... ;p

Ride comfort i can say is reasonable for a small n light car, power and handling is sufficient, seriously it doesn't deserve such a low used car value... At the 1st thought of coz... Nothing much to shout about. . . Then, the true face of a Tiara came out... It's Mun who is driving and out of a sudden... "Wey, overheat liao"... I was like... "What??? Not yet 20km also..." Lolz. . . Then we pull over and check the radiator... Fearful of a boiling fountain, we risk the car being stall middle of the road to rush to the nearest workshop... Then yea, we spend about 2hours there and the mamak beside. . .

Then lastly, the mechanic came and said, actually the radiator cap spoil already, the water will come out like urinating from the overflow hose once the engine starts and pressure builds up, so in a minute or two, the car will overheat... So unreasonable reason. . . Oh, besides that other problems i lazy to list down...

Overview... I would not say Tiara is an amazing car with superb handling and monster power to play with, but however, looking at the bright side, it can be a car that is fun to drive which is available at a bargain. But, looking at reality, talks, mechanic's experience and my 1 time experience, i personally do not think that Tiara is the car reliable enough, perhaps, if unlucky, you might have to fork out more money in maintainence & repair than the car itself !!!

Went KLCC, then after walking around and browsing around, ended up at the doorstep of Galery Petronas, then there is this Go Block big banner there, printed "Free Admission", so, what the heck, go in and see only lar. . .

First view, there is this block letters thing on the floor arrange in an attractive manner, quite nice, then a blocks of hand sign on the wall, nice also... Then we proceed deeper, there is this paper made replica of something i dunno what, dun care, not nice also... Then some mine like overturned cup-like lining a line towards a kubu or something, nice, but meaningless. . . Then this and that , and there is this whole wall of lamination sheets blown with a heater or so... and this and that again... Lazy to descripe all. . . anyway, went in a round, did not stop for long to enjoy anything except at the entrance of it...

Conclusion, Unless you are of the art lover or at least knows something about these... Dun waste your time lar... i dun see anything impressive there(at least for me)... Hmm... Maybe the saying " There is no free lunch in this world" might be right... Lolz. . . or izzit i do not know how to enjoy arts ? I dun think so fully... Hehe. . . ;p

Went to Ampang in te afternoon for lunch with family. .. Ampang ? Mau makan apa ? Yong Tau foo lar !!! Haha. . . So here we are end up in Restaurant Ping Ping or Pong Pong or Ling Ling or Long Long or Hong Hong. . . Something liddat lar. . .

So, upon reaching, parkign is a havoc, FULL !!! Then masuk, luckily got empty table. But got to praise the Mongoose speed service... Within 10minutes, all ordered food is served... and within 20minutes, you can leave ! Fast serve, Fast leave man !!! Lolz. . .

But the YTF there is something you gotta try, besides being priced reasonably, the fishcake is mixed well with herbs, flour and fish, making it deliciously deliciuos !!! Haha. . . No wonder full of crowd !

Reasonable priced + Good food = Nobody will deny !!! ;p

Today, our friend since very young is departing to Adelaide, Aussie. . . So WL, Vivi, CY, YP and I, went all the way to KLIA to send her off with her family and other friends of course. . . Then... After she entered the Custom or something liddat, we head back to my car to head back... But... Wth... 5 ppl, 14 eyes, 10 ears and 5 mouths... All usesless, only mouths know how to talk talk talk... no one noticed which floor we parked... so ended up finding floor by floor from 5th floor to G floor. .. And then, after a massive exercise session in the carpark, finally found my beloved car... Hmm. . . Lolz. . .

So one morning, me, TL and PY when to this restaurant near Atria Jaya, Damansara. It's Restaurant Hoong Kee if not mistaken... Haha... The dim sum there is not bad... Although some might seem oversteamed and waiter is always on the go(meaning, u have to raise ur hand longer to get attention). But compare to the Dim dum restaurant i went with frineds a few days back... Forgot what name liao... in USJ21 with colourful-words hard to see sign board, i can say Hoong Kee is much much better !!!

Wow. . . Just a blink of an eye, CNY holidays have come to an end (Hmm... Back to school again...). Before CNY, everyone is busy with the preparation of this festive season, from decorating to shopping, from changing new notes to preparing angpows, etc…etc… then “Lalala……” CNY is here liao…
Happy & auspicious days with joyful gathering of relatives and luxurious delicious Chinese food are the Must in every CNY… Besides, would be the angpows to be collected from each elder married relatives with a great blessing of “GongXiFaCai” from us before taking it. Haha… CNY celebration seems too short lar…Lolz. . . ;p
However, I remember during my younger times, many cow years ago, CNY is much much much more merrily celebrated. From north south east west, sounds of fireworks and drums could be heard. Now, since the ban of fireworks (Why do they ban all man ??? I suppose that “Mercun” should be banned, but the beautiful “Bunga-api” should be spared !!! ), CNY have been much more quiter… Today, maybe due to the global bad news of the economy and wave of recession on the go, it have been a warm and quite CNY this time, at least of what I can see. . .

Today, it’s the fifth day of CNY… Then sixth day is “Yan yat”(Everyone’s b’day) … Then 9th day is the hokkien’s big day… Then 15th day is Chap goh mei (Last day of CNY)… Haha… Still got 10days to collect angpows… ;p

Yeap... Went gym today... Mun n I went Celebrity fitness with me under the 7days trial plan thing... Haha, second trial pass since years ago... Equipment wise i see it as only just sufficient, not a thing to shout about, nothing new since years ago... As for the changing room, the steambath is mini but the sauna room is just nice, the lockers are good as it uses our own padlocks = safer, but the curtain only cubicle shower area which i went in doesn't have hot shower... Hmm... So, thats all lar... Nothing much.... Hehe... ;p

Well... Holidays ended and classes started... Alright, first week of this semester; initially thought that the hall's aircond will be freezing cold, but turn out that the aircond malfunctioned and left 1 i think out of 2 or 3 machines working, rather warm in there for 2 hours... Tutorials, sign up early (ie. rush to sign up once the lecture place the sheets on the table) or you will end up clashing with other subjects... Cafeteria, two new stalls but haven't got the chance to try yet... Newspaper stand, i still can't find the Rage anywhere, only the Sun lying at the corner with the stand/column/steel box missing as there are still renovation in progress... Campus, looks bigger than last year with tiled floor and repainted walls/pillars (Well Done !!! )... Lectures & Admins, still the same friendly & helpful ones... ;p
Haha... It's just a start, i believe there are more to come in time... For better i hope... ;p

Yeap, went oversea traveling with family during the last weeks of school holiday. Here's the schedule... HK-ShenZhen-ZhongShan-ZhuHai-Macau. Wow. . . 5 places in a few days, but heck the lifestyle of each places although similar but it differs loads... This really can't be descriped in words, gotta experience it yourself... ;p

Went to Honda Showroom to have a quick glance at the All New Honda City, which is launched today itself !!! Wow !!! Haha... ;p

Ok, first view after entering the vehicle... It doesn't really surprise me or rather not up to my expectation, it's interior feels smaller than the city before this (feels, cause i have not checked the specification list yet), not what i like plastic door panels and dashboard... Other than that the interior design is nice and updated looking, very nice... So i guess in my point of view at this very moment, the interior looks nice but doen't feel nice enough... Hmm...

Alright, as for the design, the front looks much more aggresive than the old wan while the back of it reminds me of BMW 3 series... I only managed to get a better photo of the buttocks (very lucky it's a car, imagine it's a girl, sure kena slap up, down, left, right... and upside down !!! ) as the front hood is always popped up by everyone there... -_-"...

Two variant is up for sale, both planted with the same heart of 1.5L with 120PS @ 6600rpm, which is the S and E, at near RM85k and near RM90k respectively. The test drive unit (E-variant + full bodykit) looks damm nice (compare to S variant) !!! ;p

Wanna know more bout this car ??? Haha... Buy me one, then i tell you more ! ;p

-_-"... After jogging at Metropolitan park, suddenly there rise a suggestion to climb the batu cave stairs... Lolz... So since its nearby, we end up doing that... 272 stairs after a tiring jog is quite a new experience indeed... Haha... Sampai bout 250th stairs, leg also "soft" liao... Lolz. . .

So we went up, have a look see look see session in the cave then came back down... Yeap, thats all we did... Look see look see, climb up and down...

Very nice jogging path there(the blue pavement), it's kinda soft and bouncy surface, better for our knees compare to tarmac. . .

The scenery is super nice and the air quality is superb !!!

Haha... After not jogging for a month or two, suddenly semangat wanna jog... And since have to fetch Terence from PJ, might as well hit Metropolitan park in kepong which is barely 15minutes from his place... So 3 of us semangat kia including ben went for a jog there... Lolz. . .

Fuhh... The scenery there is superb... Very nice and calm ( i think i can meditate there... minus traffic noise i guess), air is fresh (if those ppl there dun practise open burning, it will be heaven like air quality... Stupid ppl...), overall very nice place to jog/picnic/fly kite... etc...etc... So, yea, we did the 3.xKM track around the whole park... It was very pleasent... ;p

After that, i brought my rods for fun to try out the pond/lake... Haha... Got picture as evidence !!! But... Sadly, din catch any lar... That one is when i try to untangle my stucked hook !!! Lolz. . . ;p

Overall, it's a nice place !!! ;p

After all in KL, went back to PJ, SS2 to be more specific... And dine in(or rather out, coz inside all fully occupied liao...) at Sri Murni. Well, it's basicly an all in one restaurant with many variety of food from western to indian to chiness to malay to mixed and so on goes the list... Ok, our orders... 1 x Mee Goreng Pattaya, 1 x spagetti carbonara, 1 x Mouse mee in claypot (Loh shu fun), 1 x French fries.

So, what can i say... The food is ok, nothing to shout about, with the portion slightly larger than normal mamak restaurant... Well, for the drinks, i find it rather over the borderline of what i define sweet !!! Thats not good... Too sweet = Bad for health !!! Others is oklar... Oh, i ordered for another drink after my super sweet ribena longan drink, but it never came after 30minutes... Hmm... No comments bout that. Haha...

Overall it's quite a good meal... For four of us (only 3 eat) it's only RM4x.xx for the bill.

Needed a larger capacity SD card quite badly for my cam... 1gb not enough... So PC fair is the place lor...

Reached KLCC(the towers) for lunch... Went to 3 places also packed with humans of all ages... what the hell is wrong with them man... Friday no need work meh ??? Hmm... So end up eating KFC, yea, have to line up also... After makan went to KLCC(now its the convention centre) and do our shopping. . . Haha. . . Got myself a 4gb SD card, 50 DVDs, 50 CDs and some freebies !!! ;p

Anyway, i think all of us went out with no empty hands except PY... Lolz... ;p

Steamboat is nothing without a reasonable chilli sauce. . . This is quite a good one(IMO), With the blend of "Smelly Vege"(What's the real name ???), Sesame and chilli sauce of course... It's just nice !!! ;p

Honey Grilled Chicken...... Everyone's crazy for it...

Yuen's famous sight... ... ... The frenzy-ness of ppl over the Famous Yuen's Honey grilled chicken. Perfectly marinated and grilled to perfection, the chicken cooked does not only look nice, but tastes decent too !!! However, if you want to have a taste of it, nothing is free... Gotta fight for it... Haha... Once the door of the lift opens and the worker with the chickens starts walking towards the counter, the whole floor will trumble with crazy ppl/chicken-maniacs/hungry ghost/etc...etc... , then once the cover is opened... Grab quickly or look at ur watch... Within seconds the cicken will fly w/o wings... Lolz. . .

Once happend to me was a fat fella came charging from behind when me and my friend was trying hard to get a few wings... I managed to dodge but my friend got "charged". . . Haha, whole shirt all filled with grilled honey sauce from the chicken. . . Lolz. . .

Anyway, 7 of us makan there and we ordered a pot of Chinese tea (which became like plain water after the 4th round of refill), it costs us about RM15x.xx. Very reasonable price for what we get !!! Haha. . . ;p
